Music finder command

Just a lil' QoL idea, a command which, when sent, would send you in the chat the name of the music currently played to you, as well as possibly its composer and maybe YT link to the OST channel video of it.

I know this is a very niche idea and would require dev time for a pretty small addition, but y'know, it would be cool. There are a few musics I really like but basically don't know anything about them, so yeah.

 

This feels like something that could very easily be integrated with the jukebox for higher ranks.

The current state of the YT OST is very poor. XavierEXE's is great but it's not been updated since 1.20 IIRC and likely won't ever be, so it's steadily getting out of date. The official OST is sorted alphabetically with no indication as to the location of the track in question. Best to use the wiki.

 

I feel like locking this behind a paywall would be pretty bad tbh, but I see where you're coming from.

I understand yeah, just anything that would allow us to pinpoint the song for us to search ourselves is good enough for me.

 

I wasn't suggesting locking it behind a paywall, I was just noting that it interacts well with paywall stuff.
