More Storage

One thing I've noticed about my bank is it gets easily filled up. There's no specific way to dispose of unneeded quest items, so you have to use a glitch. Or, you just have enough valuable items that you can't, or rather shouldn't, throw away. So I was thinking that perhaps you could add another bank, unlocked by either a quest or large amounts of emeralds, possibly both. Here is my idea on how to unlock more storage.

1) A quest. In this, I would suggest a quest, probably from level 65 - 75, as low-level people won't need the extra storage as much. In this quest, you would have to do something regarding a bank, like a dark, hidden secret, or perhaps just a problem with a criminal. The rewards of the quest, and the actual quest, is completely up to you guys (or girls).

2) Money. More storage would be very, very valuable, and so I should it would cost lots of money. For instance, 3+ LE. (High-level players probably have a lot more money, so I'm just putting a starting amount out there. Feel free to tell me what you think would be good.)

3) Another quest. I was thinking of adding another, yet easier quest, to actually unlock the storage. Tying this into number 2, perhaps you would deliver the amount of money to a man, who would then tell you what to do with the bank to unlock more storage. This is just an idea, and whether or not it is added is up to you.

Notice: I'm only level 60, and I have no idea whether or not something like this already exists at a higher level. Please make detailed posts on how this could improve, and also on why this isn't good, if you think it isn't.

Oh, ok. I didn't really search before, also I wasn't exactly making this to be really detailed, it was more of just a concept. But thanks for the information nonetheless!

Anyways, a concept won't just do. That's like saying 'I can give you X-Ray vision, but it's just a concept'. Useless to people. So spruce it up a bit!

You have to actually MAKE the quest. Wow! What are the character's names? What are the certain steps?
