Dungeons More Dungeon Item Lore

For some unknown reason, the devs stop putting lore on dungeon items after SST. Since the idea is very cool, I think this should be continued.
Here are some ideas:

Blasphemy: "I can't believe Theorick has been alive all this years! I thought he died to the corrupted years ago..." -Gerald

Fetish: "Everywhere I go, those annoying little gremlins keep pelting me with their knifes. Why do they even exist?!" -anonymous Ragni soldier

Jungle Spirit: "Everyday, people get lost in the Dernel Jungle. Their souls always come back to haunt you, in many different ways." -dude in Lost in the Jungle, forgot his name

Admiral: "General Skien was a great general, and an even better captain. His luck, however, wasn't as great."
-Admiral Aegis

Grounder: "The invention of airships initially helped with transportation, as you wouldn't have to face the strong waves and terrible pirates. However, some pirates were able to produce weapons with enough range to shoot them out of the sky." -Ackbar, Cinfras Airship captain

Sanctuary leggings: "[element it's based of off] is a formidable power. Able to [whatever the element is connected to]. The ability to master it, however, requires one to devote it's entire life towards it." -Qira, Queen of the Hive

Gigabyte: "Electromagic cannot be used in massive quantities at once. So we make gadgets to hold large amounts of it." -Maxie, new council member

Compiler: "YES. I AM FARMING. I AM A NORMAL FARMER FARMING SOME BARLEY" -normal Corkus farmer

The Watched: "Sometimes, when you stay in the dark long enough, you'll start to feel like your not alone, like someone is watching you." -Lucio, Ragni scout

 

I think they're planning on doing this, I hope they'll make the lores more "dramatic" or tie into the lore more, instead of them just being fun quotes from random NPCs. For example, the item "Sorrow" from CDS could quote Witherhead's last words when she was giving birth to Bob, without explicitly saying that it was Witherhead or that she gave birth to Bob.

This would give theorists a lot more information to work with, as well as providing the CT with more places to hint at the lore of the game.

In my opinion, there should be both dramatic and funny quotes, although if the devs can come up with a very funny quote, put the funny quote instead, because some are just too hilarious, lore can also fit in signs put in random parts of the dungeon.

 

Shoving signs in the dungeon that just tell you everything is a terrible idea. But I do agree that there should be some funny quotes, maybe make everything Legendary or higher more dramatic, and make Rares and Uniques have fun quotes from the local NPCs. Decrepit Sewers already does this, with it's one legendary item having a pretty tragic quote from Bob's adoptive mother, so why not do this with the rest? My biggest fear for when they start adding corrupted dungeon lore is that it'll just be random quotes from people in Gavel.
Maybe the corrupted dungeons could requote things that were said in-game before but have a new meaning by the time you see them on the item.
