More Difficult Dungeons

Should Wynn get harder difficulty levels for dungeons? and how many stages?

    I was thinking today after looking at my bank and seeing stacks of skeleton keys that it would be kinda fun if you guys set up a way to redo the old dungeons but at a harder difficulty level after having run through them over and over again. Like have multiple key guys at varying degree of difficulty that all use the same keys to enter the cave. with world edit you can just copy paste the dungeon a few times and then jack up the level of the monsters in the dungeon and maybe hike up the xp and rewards at boss kill. It's nearly not worth going through all the dungeons over and over again when you have to travel halfway across wynn to get to them and it takes 5-10 min to get through everything just to get the 95 xp that wither head gives once you reach the higher levels. might as well just kill any regular mob in gavel and get the same xp. Personally I love the dungeons as there is so much time and love put into each of them but the lack of decent loot/xp causes me to stay away from them more nowadays.

    If you had finished Finding the Light you would know that they have plans for this, on the list of the quest rewards it has +Access to an upcoming dungeon (or something like that)

    ya i haven't gotten that far yet still only level 65 with half a bar of xp to go to 66, which honestly was another reason i thought having more difficulty levels for the dungeons would be nice as a good place to grind out that last little bit of a bar after questing is finished. Thing is im not asking for a new dungeon im asking for difficulty levels of the old classic dungeons.

    Well if they add more dungeons they'll add more across the levels most likely

    true and that will be nice as well but what this post is looking for is more replayability on the old dungeons that the builders spent so much time and effort working on. I don't think it would be all that hard to just add another key guy next to the entrances maybe color code them based on difficulty level and then amp up the levels of the monsters. They don't have to make the puzzles more difficult just make the monsters and boss tougher for the higher level characters.

    Then you may have noticed that the reward of the Headless Hunt was access to Castle Dullahan. Unfortunately it's really hard to do what you're suggesting so you may as well wait until the Castle, Olux Temple (which I believe is a dungeon as well) and others are released.

    I did see that i now have access to castle Dullahan but that they are still working on it. however how would it be hard to make harder dungeons? they already make harder monsters all the time. all they would need to do is use world edit to copy the dungeon either once or twice each and then pump it full of higher level monsters. the scripts could all stay the same for the most part you would only need a different teleport depending on which level of dungeon you were planning on going to.
