Off on the top of my head:
Barik upgraded GIR
Valus got Phoenix, then took him, Tema, and Vagle to the Ghost Ship
Takumi joined the fight
Nicolas joined the fight (Just call him Weaver)
They both head to Ragni to join the group (just pretend that you know their weapons, abilities, and backstories)
Shade went back to Qira
Shade went to Ragni to join the group

So, you have to incorporate three new people (+ Bobby and Rogue) into the plan.

Also, Bobby is a Berserker. If he gets mad, then everyone is fucked.
