If Kazuki, Rhetsam, Ayumu, Kyelas, Ajinin, Winter, Cajen, Autan, and Qane all get HPVIs, what would that be?

If I can create items...
-I'll get Autan a Rapier that halves the effects of damage resistance (Rapiers tend to be good against armored enemies in games, do they not?)
-I'll give Cajen a pair of swords that allow you to strike twice as much in 1 turn (only normal attacks)
-Qane gets a spear that lowers damage resistance (there's only a chance of that happening though)

How much is the total cost of that, and it's not too OP, right? (Though I just realized that Qane and Autan's weapons would be useful together)
