From the last RP I can gather is:

Combat sucks, I will be thinking of ways that combat would be faster and better
I use 'You' too much, I will be trying to mix things up
My results are a bit to small, will be trying to expand on that

This is the only name he knows.

Backstory:
What would a child born with the ability to teleport at will do?
Well have some fun of course. One thing he really loved was to scare people by hiding and talking from all sides "at once". Also he gave people jumpscares.
When he grew up though he became more responsible. He began using it more to help around the house. This was at an age of 11. We all know what he did when he discovered girls (insert Lenny face)
The townsfolk had grown quite fond of him. He was the heart and soul of the village. They had grow used to him blinking everywhere. They didn't think much about it.

At the age 13 others took notice of him though. The League of Assassins. They thought that his powers could be "useful".
One night they broke into his home and killed his family and took him to their base.
Here they bathed him in their Lazarus pit. One effect of this is enhanced pretty much everything about his body. (Sight, strength, reflexes, agility, speed, hearing, etc.) It also made him more susceptible to their brainwash though. They brainwashed him to be one of them. The pit also came with one really bad downside. It gave him an enormous bloodlust.

The league brainwashed him to the point where he didnt remember who he was. They proceeded to train him to be one of the deadliest Assassins there is. They trained him to be a master in hand to hand combat and a master with every weapon. His teleport also made him thrive with daggers and bows. It was the unpredictability in being able to attack from everywhere that made him so good. He quickly rose through the ranks and was the right hand of the leader. He became know as "Rogue".

At the age of 17 memories of his past life began erupting. Every day that went, more of his past self surfaced. He wished that he could go back. Get away from the league.

One day in an act of anger and bloodlust Rogue attacked the other Assassins. He constantly blinked around the battlefield. When he finally came to his senses again all he saw was the death of all these people. He walked the halls and saw dead people everywhere.
That day he swore to never let his bloodlust take over again.

Primary Weapon:
His twin daggers that he got from The League.
These each deal 5-20 dmg and are fast.

These can be used to do sneak attacks which does considerably more dmg. (If suceded instantly kills weak people)

Secondary Weapon:
His shortbow. He has deadly precision and coupled with the ability to teleport around the battlefield it becomes very deadly. He can attack from every angle. He always changes where he shoots from.

An arrow deals 10-15 dmg

He also has some throwing knives that he uses pretty much the same way as his bow. Unpredictably.
These deal 7-13 damage.

Armor:
His Armor is made of black leather which is crafted to allow maximum moveability instead of protection. This is Armor that you dodge very well in. This is how Rogue avoids damage most of the time.

The Armor gives 8 DR and 3 MR overall but he is better at dodging at it is very good to hide in. It is magically altered to blend better into shadows.
He also has a dark hood.

Starting Place:
Trying to avoid attention in Detlas.

Powers:
As you should know by now Rogue can teleport. He can teleport to ant location that he can see or has seen. This has a range limitation though. It can only teleport like 30 meters. Also the more he has with him the harder the teleport is.
He can blend his teleports smoothly into other actions such as attacking or walking.

When teleporting there are no sounds no smoke no nothing. His outline just seems to dissapear and then the rest of him dissapears. Then he reapers in the opposite way.

His Armor also allows him to hide pretty well in shadows. It doesn't make him invisible though. He is still very much visible though.

His bloodlust is not the typical: you just always want to kill people.
It is when he is in a fight and the adrenalin is pumping he has a chance to go all out berserk at his opponents and if it is really bad also at his allies. When this triggers he becomes alot more vicious he gives more dmg but it is harder for him to dodge.

How's my character? Cool? Boring?

Although it's interesting, it seems a bit op because of the teleport ability. The armour is fine in my opinion, But I think you should nerf his teleport ability.

 

Why nerf and how would you nerd it?

EDIT: I need to know what you think to know what to change :)

 

Like; I think that it could be abused way too much via transportation and escaping, or dodging. And it would also bypass the roll ability which means that if you go behind him then he most likely won't know that you did. It takes away the luck, And I think that there should be a cooldown or so.

 

Honestly I don't think it will be that big of a problem.since this I'd an RP and GM decides what happens. It can also be predicted if I go behind someone.

Also I only have normal weapons not as other people have magic and stuff.

EDIT: Also the bloodlust makes him less focused and less careful

EDIT#2: Also it is not like I can take a person and throw them over the walls of Detlas, crush a house (and logically also EASILY a person) or start an earthquake. All of them with my mind.

 

Alright.

Your character have an interesting backstory, but it is just too over powered. I would just accept you if you had teleportation, but you just made him too damn good. Plus, I tried to change the League of Assassins to something else, but I had to reveal a great part of the story, and if I just nerf you, your character just be a random guy that can teleport. You put me in an impossible spot to change anything. Sorry, but denied.

Another thing I like to post:
I am an asshole, but the backstories are important as hell. It can determined the fate of the RP just like what Ajinin did. But all you just like dragons to damn much, and want to be one, then there are some just not as detailed, or just plain overpowered. I hope you can understand my issue here.

 

I am going to start replies tomorrow. Also, I changed the storyline so you don't actually have to live through the same story again! (I changed the dragons too)

Meh...
What about my points of it not being OP? I mean a character is always more OP in lore than in the actual game. And in my opinion Shade would be a lot more op than me.

EDIT: Also I'd like to point out that my powerlevel is as you make it. Just like with Shade my character is in theory OP but with the way that RP's work yu can nerf the practicality

 

Ok, I have to change your backstory in order to nerf you. You being an assassin for a secret group did not happened, but you do have a strange bloodlust with your power to teleport. You've been struggling to put your bloodlust aside for all your life. Is this good enough? (Your weapons and armor will be the same, but it will be a different color)
