    I claimed my first monthly crate a day or two ago using my Minecraft username with a linked forum account and yet my crate menu is still completely empty, taunting me with a link to the store. Does anybody know how I could get my monthly crate?

    I would try again in a month. It probably just didn't go through for whatever reason. If it doesn't work again in a month, then I'd contact support.

    Thank you for your information Glitch. It`s disappointing that the only solution is waiting for the next one but there`s no use crying over spilled milk.
