Monsters: Vengeance And Wrath [rp] [character Applications Closed For Now]

I command my pack to ready up and surround him (in the trees where he cant see) and i ready my self to use leap on him

(Seregios is just the race. And it happens that a Seregios would work as a very good servant, as it is not only a creature which doesn't die from the Frenzy Virus but instead is strengthened a lot, but it is also one of the strongest non-Elder Dragon monsters thanks to lots of speed, powerful attacks and a ranged attack which gives the bleed- oh! I've said too much.)

Khn'n

You start to enter the swampy forest. The water is filled with debris but you could clear it... but there are also two paths. One leads further into the swampy areas and the other goes uphill towards... is that a gigantic skeleton?!

You eat the ore then carry on. The tunnel seems to go on forever, though it is definitely becoming wider. After a while, Pyrpnin says, "I don't know if this is it but- wait! Is that a skeleton?". You follow Pyrpnin's gaze to where a skeleton of a monster is. There are more around the hallway. But there are also many more human skeletons. Going further into the tunnel, you suddenly find a boulder which is blocking the way. Pyrpnin says, "This boulder looks quite recently fallen. Maybe it fell because of the battle.". You feel as if something is watching you...

Pyrpnin: 100/100 (50 stamina, 70 hunger)

You eat the Slagtoth. However, your instincts make you quickly move out of the way as a monster twice your size jumps into the clearing and eats the other Slagtoth. You identify the monster as a Tetsucabra. It slowly turns and faces you, growling.

The Brachydios seems to be concentrating so much on eating the Khezu that it hasn't noticed your call, or maybe it isn't afraid of you. Your pack ready themselves to attack.

Update 1.0.1 - The Velocidrome Patch!

1. Nerfed the Velocidrome Leap Ability's attack to 250% (a raw damage of 105 was a bit too OP, especially with that cooldown)
2. Nerfed the Velocidrome Leap Ability's cooldown to 6 turns.
3. But, the Velocidrome needs something to balance this nerf, right? Well, its Positive Passive percentage chance has been buffed to 15%
4. A little clue about the next update: prepare for battle!

I eat my fallen enemy and allow my allies to feast on khezu
(i thought leap was 200% damage with a 2 tuirn cool down. now its 250% with a 6 turn cooldown right?) and it was 100% fair :P Now i feel velocidrome is a bit UP with that poor armor, maybe buff the velociprey just slightly? Idk

 

(Actually, it said 350% on my copy and I'm pretty sure it was the same since I copied and pasted. The 2 turn cooldown was way too OP, no matter what the damage could ever be, and killing a Brachydios in a turn is OP. Nothing could do that in the game.... except elder dragons like Akantor. And about the armour, Velocidromes and the other dromes rely on packs and high attack, not defence and size. Plus, you can have more than three Velociprey at a time if you use the ability again and the first three haven't died by the time the cooldown ends.)

(I gave you the stats first just in case you wanted to change. Plus, you don't lose hunger on the stats turn. And I guess this is sort of high in the food chain (which I've made based on gameplay and educated guesses):

Chameleos > Najarala > Tetsucabra > Nerscylla > Iodrome > Kelbi

And note that Iodrome is basically a poisonous version of the Velocidrome XD. And about dieing, I haven't actually planned that yet... I'll probably do a restart where you have to make a new character or something since I'm making a lore based on this rp.)

You run away and down towards the desert again. The Tetsucabra follows you but turns back after a while. You suddenly realise that you have, once again in you adventures in the Everwood, become lost. Luckily, there doesn't seem to be any sign of the blacks scales. You suddenly notice a large storm overhead. It seems like a good time to take a rest and that storm looks very unusual... You aren't sure where you have come from but there are three paths: one seemingly leading towards the Dunes, another seemingly going deeper into the forest and another which seems to be more swampy.

Update 1.1 - Such Karma, Much Wow

You guessed it! Karma! Karma decides several things. For example, if you have a certain amount of good karma, you will automatically be attacked or even hunted and targeted by anything with the evil status. More info about this will soon be added to the main post, so keep your eyes on it! How do you get karma? By killing monsters on the other side or doing favours for monsters on your side. Of course, you can reverse this karma by doing the same for your enemy, which is useful if you suddenly decide that you actually don't want the world to end/want it to end. More may be added to karma in the future, but for now it just serves a small purpose.

I call more velociprey to my side (dud r know I could have more, and I agree, leap was broken as all hell! I think 6 turn is a tad bit long but it doesn't matter, leap was BROKEN!

Edit: will our characters make a impact on the World or are we just random monsters?

The Basarios leads you through the rest of the tunnel and into a large cave. Thousands of Basarios, Gravios and many other monsters are inside this cave. The Basarios seems to be leading you to towards a large Gravios with a severed tail, broken armour and covered in many scars.

(Yeah, I originally based leap off the one the actual Velocidrome does, which it uses like every 15 seconds. And yes, you can make an impact on the world. For example, @Phineas has already joined one of the good monster forces. And then on the other hand... nobody has tried to be or even seen an evil character. However, evidence of two of the main evil characters I have made have been found. Basically, while you and the other 6 people who have entered the rp are starting to become stronger by levelling up, other evil characters are doing certain things.)
