Ha, I was thinking of making a "Lite" version without the graphical mods. Removing specific mods is pretty easy tho, but it's a very temporary solution!

I only have the sound,when i am loaded into the game, so not in Main Menu nor in the Server Lobby. So it basically starts the moment i go into the Character Selection. Then it never stops. But its also not lik a consitent pattern.
And yeah it basically starts the moment i am loaded in,till i log off so to say.
I turned off Dynamic Surroundings and Optifine, but it was still there am kinda about to give up.

FIXED:
Fixed very annoying bug caused by Vanilla Fix ("Crash improvements" option). This bug caused repeated "swooshing" audio, primarily on the right audio channel.

Adjustments:
Master Volume to 5% instead of 0% when first downloading the pack.
Wynncraft Music to 50% instead of 100% when first downloading the pack.
Adjusted chat channels, adding "All" (Global), "Local", "Guild", "Party", "Shouts", "PMs"
Main screen banner updated to display 1.21.

Besides the base version of my modpack, I am planning to make a "Light" version which removes the visual mods and focuses on performance-enhancing mods. The main pack comes first, but I think a lot of people with low-end machines would appreciate something like this. I will keep everyone updated - keep sending suggestions and feedback!

I can, but will take a bit of prep to do. If I do make a video about the pack, it will be during the summer most likely because finals are ramping up in college. I will keep everyone up to date tho if anything changes!

Unfortunately you will have to download Optifine for 1.12.2 and put it in the modpack folder yourself. The mod author doesn't allow redistribution of his mod, so I can't add it to the modpack/curse download. It is compatible tho, I use it myself!

Disabled:
Disabled "Chunk Animator" animation, but kept the mod for the load improvements. You can enable it if you want, but traveling at high speeds and caves can be distracting unfortunately.

FIXED:
Better hud scoreboard will not appear off-screen anymore. (You can change this positioning by pressing 'U' and navigating to 'Scoreboard').

Dynamic Surroundings sounds disabled: Bison, Crocodile, Elephant, Gnat, Grasshopper, Hiss, InsectBuzz, InsectCrawl, MonsterGrowl, Primates, Rattlesnakes, SoulSand, Tummy.

Lots of work is being put into 1.31! Optimizations, updates, full-screen windowed, and more! Expect the update in a couple of weeks as college finals start ramping down. Hope everyone is looking forward to summer!

 

Wynntils doesn't completely support he new dialogue system yet which leads to delays and an inability to read the dialogue history. There is nothing I can do about this. I was really looking forward to this dialogue change, but it broke so many things. More Wynncraft or Wynntills update should be pushed soon to fix these issues. I really hope these issues are fixed soon!
