Mixed Feelings Quest Bug

I was just casually going through the quest and was nearing the end when the bug happened. Right after the timer ran out in stage 8 of the quest, it moved to the part where there was supposed to be dialogue. But instead, nothing was happening and I was stuck in place. I decided to leave and rejoin since I assumed that would fix it, as it did to similar problems in the past. When I rejoined the dialogue did start up and I went through what should have been the next part of the quest (and also the last part from what I understand), but after the dialogue was over, I was moved to the underground area by the Founder's Statue near a potion merchant. Most notably, the quest still said in the top right "Survive the fight against the drugged corkian." The issue here is that I can no longer complete the quest since I can't go back to said area after it technically ended, so I'm at a complete loss after spending some time back tracking and trying to find other solutions.
