    Ive gotten 'Kill Chiron (Zombie Dungon Boss) 15 times' once, It was a while ago, I also got the 'kill Detlas Guards for 10 Xp' one

    The mission mobs are based off of what you last killed.

    It is. I had recently finished WX Site C, and Broettinger said earlier that what missions are created depend on the areas you were last in.
