Missing item on my account when I logged in

    Hi! I am still fairly new to Wynncraft, and I love the game. I have been playing for a few months now, and I grinded for the Ring Of Stories during the festival of heroes event, and upgraded the ring 9 times. I no longer see the item in my inventory. If there are any staff that can help me retrieve it back, please help me it would mean everything!
