Memory Paranioa Issue

hello guys, im doing the Memory Paranioa quest i got to Mr. Caritat's announcement, and the announcement didnt go through it was stuck saying they were talking about politics, i went in the kitchen triggered the dialogue for that and it is stuck saying listen to the announcement, i got the key to go into the study and when i go in the secret room it says i need a key that is required, and i cannot access it. I would appreciate any help thank you so much!

 

I had this same issue. Turned out my game had spawned multiple instances of the Mr. Caritat character so I just had to time my right-click until one of them was jumping and then I managed to right click on the right one to get his speech started. I did have to do /kill several times throughout the quest and travel back to the manor to reset cutscenes as they gave me some trouble. Just make sure you're doing what the quest line says and waiting until it updates before you try to process by yourself. You can use the wiki to make sure you hit each part of the quest if you need a reference.
