Assassin/Ninja Help Melee&walk Speed Assassin

Title says all. I'm looking for a better build to replace my current one:

-my primary focus is on walk speed and melee/spell damage. The build doesn't have to be very tanky.
-my assassin class is lvl 93.
-My budget allows me to afford any build requirements.
