considering that treasure boots r the only boots that give max possible loot, i'd say quite a lot, as for your second question, i dont know myself but theres a link at the bottom of my first post that will prob inform you on that

 

Since you are taking requests, perhaps you can also place the second best. For example walk speed, some people prever a bit lower walkspeed then almujs walkers, and have higher healthpoints and other stats.
