So I was inspired to create this piece of art after drawing my recent Qira and Death drawing. I noticed that a lot of people really hated me for altering the the design of Qira making her purple and bright, however it was my interpretation of her therefore it looked different. But now in this new drawing called "A Dance with Death" I had completely changed Qira to be as Original as possible. However, I did keep her hair purple because I found it suitable for her and had a contrast between Death.

Well in my first drawing with Qira and Death I had interpreted her hair to be purple cause I've seen multiple pieces of art that coloured her hair purple, and yeah purple also has a bigger contrast from the color black. I guess this drawing's relation to the topic is that she and Death are like the two strongest bosses in game.

Uhhh sorry but it's kind of hard to explain unless you've watched the thingy ;-;
But here is the best I could do:
Every chosen girl gets one wish of a choice if they become a magic girl, and Sayaka choose to heal her friend (WHOSE NAME I FORGOT OOOOPPPPS). However,

[Spoiler Alert]

Every magic girl's final form is a witch. And the main purpose of magic girls is to hunt witches. Everytime they finish hunting, there's a chance they will receive something called a grief seed. A grief seed can be used erase the pain//despair the magic girls have. Sayaka just happened to darken faster then regular magic girls after her crush (the person who she spent her wish on) was taken away by another girl, no other then her friend. She eventually turned into a witch. And blah blah blah skip to the important part

One of her friend, Kyouko just happened to feel her pain and sacrificed herself for Madoka (who was one of Sayaka's close friend who was trying to see if Sayaka could return back from a witch and failed to hunting Sayaka the witch down). And yeah, basically it was the final 'goodbye' to them.

I am really sorry if this explaining didn't make any sense (which I'm sure it didn't)

 

@TotallyJwnn Are you saying my submission should've been something to do with Departure? if so I'll have to re-submit then, however I have a shorter time frame

 

Hmm, them being the two strongest bosses in the game is a really weak connection. If possible could you make another piece? There's still 9 days left!
However, if you, for whatever reason, cannot make another piece, just let me know and we can work things out.

To everyone else, I'd prefer if the submission isn't just the person involved is related to the topic, more of the entire submission relates. However, if you choose to do the former, I won't hold it against you. Just add an explanation.

She also refused to get grief seeds, so she darkened even faster because of it.

Here is my build!! Finally!! Not much to say about it, I hope its pretty self-explanatory.. 2 hands leaving each other, never to be seen together again. kind of like they're saying a "last goodbye" ;)

There are random player ghosts/spirits behind you Coolfood (I was using your avatar and mc skin as a ref)

Every white outline is transparent like ghosts because when you leave, it will be like a nostalgia moment here.
