Map

I think the current map at https://map.wynncraft.com/, sucks.

• It is not orientated north, so it is very confusing.
• It is viewed at a slanted angle, which is great for show, but not very practical for navigation.
• The shop icons aren't exactly where the shops are.
• It is not rectangular.

I think the solution would be to have a mode in the map, next to the "show territories" checkbox for a "navigation mode", where the map would be viewed directly above, orientated north.

That's a cool map, but it doesn't show shops.

 

I think this is because the icons are all at y=0, so the isometric view makes them look further SW than they actually are

also about the suggestion itself, yes, there are 3rd party alternatives, but that's no reason not to make an option for the main wynn map to look flat while still keeping icons and player tracking
