PLEASE NOTE: THIS DOES CONTAIN SPOILERS! SEVERAL THINGS ARE SPOILED IN THIS, AND I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE READING UNTIL THE FOLLOWING QUESTS ARE COMPLETED: Memory Paranoia, WynnExcavation Site D, Realm of Light-I, Realm of Light-II, Realm of Light-III, and Realm of Light-IV

    1. After completing all quests in the game, you should have the ability to go back and fix up the mansions. Once all quests are completed and you reach level 105/106, you should unlock new quests for each mansion. Each mansion is a "mansion restoration quest" and is a long quest. It requires you to gather materials (specific to that mansion) to fix it up and make it back to its peak state. When you complete this quest, the mobs disappear from the mansion and you can peacefully just camp inside of those mansions. There is a "door of time" inside each mansion that takes you to the past where the mansion was not restored, allowing a farming area, and a nice mansion. Completing the quest also gives you some experience points, emeralds, and a "------ Mansion Token of Gratitude" which can be exchanged at the completed mansion's merchant for one of a couple of special item (similar to the token of gratitude from Wynnexcavation Site D that can be exchanged for one item at the King's Merchant).

    2. Yes! This is possible to make, although I do see it possibly being hard to make.

    3. Yes, I believe this fits as it would be an interesting thing to fix the mansion. I do understand that some mansions like the "Caritat Mansion" are destroyed for a reason, and wouldn't really make sense to fix immediately after completing the quest. Hence the reason why it is an endgame quest and you can get back to the destroyed mansion using the "Door of Time."
