Game Mechanics Make Silent Ballet a fabled with Major Id for travel

Since Sillet Ballet is already used to travel, and it's arguably already of fabled tier for any shaman, make it a fabled already and give it a Major Id for frog dance, such that there's no longer three jumps but the first hop from the ground gives the vertical momentum of the last jump of frog dance, condensed into "Frog Dance no longer jumps thrice, but the first haul casted gives large vertical momentum"

I think it would really make Silent Ballet shine as it should, and it would finally make shaman movement less terrible. It would also make shaman's movement comparable to archer's in terms of verticality, which would be a godsend.
