The problem is that people who hadn't done a quest could buy them off others, and that quickly got fixed (The Qira Hive). However, that can all be avoided with a quest requirement on some items, such as adding it onto the hive gear. Raging wind is another example of an untradeable quest reward, which I would use if I hadn't foolishly threw both of mine away very early in the gavel update (I didn't care about walk speed and my bank was very full). However, it's untradeable, meaning I'd have to level up another class just to do a quest for a reward that another class would use. It's also quite inconsistent, as rewards such as the Greaves of Honor are tradeable, and many people buy it off others anyway.

Solution A: Make the rewards tradeable, so if lost, they can still be bought again
Solution B: Make a /fixquests type of command for quest rewards, so if the reward isn't in any of our banks or classes, it can just give it back to us. It will still be untradeable though. Also to prevent abuse, if you have had the item in any inventory/bank in the past 30 minutes, you wouldn't be allowed to get back that item.

It's a very simple suggestion, but it would save a lot of time for people who have accidently lost/threw away quest rewards who want them back again. Leveling a class to 80+ for one item that might get bad ids is excessive and could be a very large waste of time, so I believe a way to get those items back would be a good idea.
Feedback and other solutions are appreciated too.

Some rewards aren't supposed to be re-collected, adding to their "rarity" and the achievement of having one. Also, making them claimable via /fixquests could be abusable, as someone might just trade it to a friend and back, or throw it on the ground to claim another one

What about "The Ultimate Weapon" or the Art guy?

    Step 1) finish those quests
Step 2) turn the dagger and art/map thing in.
    Step 3) /fixrewards
    Step 4) ???
    Step 5) Profit

Right, I realize this could be abused. Any ideas on how that could be avoided? This is only one solution, though.
The greaves of honor for example, are very valuable due to the xp identification, yet they're still tradeable. I thought that the point of having the quest reward is that you did the quest, and the requirement should be enough for that?

I just edited the post, the quest rewards with the /fixrewards command are untradeable anyway, since if you can get it back, there isn't much point of being able to trading it. So you wouldn't be able to trade it to a friend. I don't know if it works, but if a dropped quest item is in a certain radius, you can't get it back? Doing /class makes it despawn, and being too far away will also make it despawn I think.

It might be a solution to check if the user recently had the item (30 minutes?) and if not, allow replacement

but then if you turn in the Ultimate dagger let's say, just wait 30 minutes and then get it again.
