Make Melee Great Again

Can we plz for the love of god make melee holdable like archer
Realy for all the classes you have to break your finger except the one that melee is usless on why
(Idk if thats possible but thats probly is)

 

Melee isn't useless with end game builds (for archer) and there probably will be a rework of most things, in the future (2020) which will make more builds viable :^)
suggest ways that they can improve archer, and not just give a vague opinion. give more detail

 

Allowing held damage on non-Archer classes would look rather strange from any perspective, more so than an unmoving bow. Perhaps think of a way to remedy that issue and add it to your original post. As a side note, keep in mind that melee isn't useless on Archer as any basic attack counts as melee and there are items that can be used for an Archer melee build.

 

Not useless but the worst from all 4 classes I cant detail it cuz I dont know how to work with command block

 

tell that to the sanic archers that goes from detlas to troms in half a minute
also just dont have skill with it

 

They are fast ok how is that make his melee attacks better build around single target damage is a bad idea in this game

 

remember they have the strongest weapons in the entire game

Yup but my suggestion is to make all the classes not brake your finger

 

The issue here is MC cannot detect a held-left click unless you are affecting a block, while a held-right click can be detected.

 

Then rip my finger no melee for me

 

Yeah but can't it detect clicking / releasing the mouse? (ie setting an attack boolean to true when a button is clicked then false when released? I'm not actually sure this can be done server side though)
