Make Forgery Relevant (starring Corkian Isolators)

As we all know, nobody does forgery. This should be common knowledge frankly.
(part of the problem is bugs like Corrupted Arakadicus not spawning but I assume that'll be fixed anyway)
A large portion of the problem though is just the fact that the rewards are kind of useless, and the cost of running 8/8 runs (which are the only runs that give pity mythic chance) is far more than what you get.
Enter Corrupted Fallen Factory and Corkian Isolators!
- There's already a placeholder door thingy for CFF, to the left of CGG. So it'll very likely be added at some point.
Corkian Isolators are a fan concept that basically work like insulators, but instead of keeping 1 stat the same it keeps all but 1 stat the same e.g. rerolls only 1 id on an item. Which is, understandably, really strong.
My suggestion is that when CFF is added, add corkian isolators to 9/9 forgery chest pool (at a small chance, of course) as the main reward. (besides, it's not thematically out of place- fallen factory is corkus dungeon so it works in that regard too)
Since Forgery will be the only source of these, people will inevitably run forgery. :like:

P.S. If isolators are still too op just add some band-aid nerf like "double reroll price" or "increase reroll count by 2 instead of 1" or "the stat being rolled will be rolled to a maximum of 80% of a normal roll" or something
