World Make Bamboo Slightly Better

Who decided that it was a good idea to create this?

In theory, sure, alternate material = good, very pog, everyone is happy

But then why does it take so long to break at level 89 woodcutting that the mobs RE AGGRO me?
Also, why does it give just over 200 xp in hunted mode?
Also, why is the respawn timer 150 seconds?

Also, Bamboo was meant to be used as an ingredient, but then a) why is it so ass to gather and b) it's been broken since 1.18 and only works for the miniquest

I mean at least the mini quest gives you 240k woodcutting experience in addition to the uh.... 5200 XP you get from gathering the Bamboo?

(also the mobs that spawn around them are annoying asf)
