World Make A Global/local Trade Chat?

    How about a global/local chat to make trading more easy for tons of players that dont have shouts(and make shouts useful for other things like,help on some quests,help in general,global comunication), or even remove shouts and put a /g command that has a 1 day or less of cooldown,dunno. and the comman to switch the instance of the chat could be "/tchat" or something like that and it can only contain offers,not messages.


    I know that the money from vips,shouts,gold coins is what keeps the server working but would be nice to have this.
