Mailing System

Hello! I'm not sure if somebody posted something about this before, and I apologize if someone already had this idea and posted about it.
So, I'm sure that some of us - or most of us - made friends on the server. And I'm also sure that many of us also lost contact with them at some point because of time zones, etc. I thought that it would be helpful if we could mail them, or send them a message that they could read the next time they go online. I could mail a friend something like, "Hey! I haven't seen you for two weeks. Is everything fine?"
We can have mail posts (chests on a fence? I'll leave it to the staff to decide what it should look like) situated at every city/small town. We can have a small fee to send a letter to someone. Maybe a small fee of 10 emeralds per letter? Just so that we won't spam people with mail. And npcs can sell books and quills so that you can write something up.
I'm not very educated on plugins, so I don't know if this is possible. But I thought that it would be very helpful to everyone who goes on the server, and it would help make Wynncraft somewhat more realistic (not sure if realistic is the right word to describe it lol).

 

I lost a friend named Pompom52 and I haven't seen her since a year (before gavel update) if anyone actually sees her please tell me. This would be a great idea.

With some tweaking: maybe there could be like an actual mail building in one of the cities, where you can send letters (books) to your friends.
