    No, this is not the same kind of scroll that was introduced in Economy update.
    This magic scroll, instead of giving buff to players they allow you to make a custom skill!

    You can split the making of magic scroll into 3 parts, 1.skill type 2.attributes 3.projectile type and then the mana consumption will be calculated from those.

    Magic Scroll
    A crafted item, stackable, come with the usual level and stats point requirements.
    When use, the player will cast the skill, take some mana and deal whatever damage it has and remove from the inventory.

    Skill Type
    This is the same skill that we already have in the game, arrow storm, uppercut, teleport, heal, etc. but Magic Scroll will allow you to use the skill of other class too, for example using teleport from warrior class.

    Attributes
    This is where you add the characteristic of your Magic Scroll whether it'll be Stats boost, Skill's Damage, Skill's Elemental Damage, Projectile Speed, How long should a skill last, etc. and possibly a way for players to reduce mana cost a little bit.
    The damage of the skill will be weight out with the skill type too, so if you add 500 damage to a heal skill it'll be 0 because heal doesn't deal any damage.

    Projectile Type
    This determined the projectile that'll be coming from this skill could be grouped into 4 category Bullet, Instant, Arrow, Self.
    Bullet: Skill travel in a straight path at a certain speed, does not affect by gravity.
    Instant: Skill travel instantly but travel through mobs so it can't be used offensive
    Arrow: Skill travel at a certain speed and affected by gravity
    Self: Skill will be cast around the caster, such as heal or spin attack.

    Since most of the crafting items from Economy update is a monster drop, I think it'll work with the Skill Type, Damage and Projectile Type as well.

    The Obvious Nerf

    Being able to use mage class skill from warrior class is definitely OP so there are some nerf that I'd like to propose.
    1) Higher level requirement for other class, for example to use Mage skill lv.10 from Warrior class you needs level 15.
    2) The mana consumption will be higher.
    3) Casting Time, player have to keep using the Magic Skill for a short while until the skill is cast without moving.

    So it’ craftable.

    Therefore, not coming.

    Every gathering profession produces ingridients for 4 crafting professions
    With this, some would become better than others brcause they are needed more

    Also, I could just spam strong scrolls to effectively skip a boss.

    That would be the same for others craftable as well if only there is some kind of limitation on how strong it can be... xD

    You can only have so much active at once. That’s why you never see anyone chugging 50 skill pots and evapprating everything.

    But if the effect is instant, it’s spammable
