If you're too lazy to look for the important stats, it's 19/4 mana (it says 14/4 because I don't have the wand equipped), and 67% spell damage (with wand equipped, once again.) The amount of raw spell damage is 546.

I've used this build to help kill qira, easily sweep through toa, solo'd bob, death etc..
