Shaman/Skyseer lvl 70 shaman build

the title says it all I just need a lvl 70 build for shaman. you can use any archetype only if you want to use acolyte I would prefer that it wouldnt be just for healing.

Where Adamantite can be substituted with The Jingling Jester with sufficient health regen on Phage Pins and Venison with The Forgery at level 74. Use a safe spot though.
