@yuuenchi2 is right everyone had to fill out the form here and I dont see why it is hard to fill out the form. No high level guild will let you join if you havent filled the form. If you have a specific reason for that you can pm me if you dont want that to be official. Otherwise I will insist that you have to fill the form.
