Shaman/Skyseer Lvl 54 Summoner

Hey guys, I am really lost with the Build could someone make me one for summoner and also could anyone explain how the damage is scaling? Should I focus spell damage ? When the Skill says It deals 300% of average DPS does it count dps only from Weapon or does it go with the whole set even the main attack boost on armor ?
