Mage/Dark Wizard Lvl 106 Full Arcanist

Ok, I have had my build for a while and it needs an upgrade.
Here are the requirements:
1. No crafted, they eat up scrap faster than Kirby can eat up opponents, not useful.
2. No mythic items, but if needed, try something cheap please or obtainable with 1-3 stx
3. Everything else is basically fair game as long as it can deal a ton of meteor damage, hopefully over 20-30k.
I hope there is a build out there for that.

a little glassy, but pandemonium can cast heal sometimes so it also has decent sustain. walk speed is really nice, and you get 30k meteors.
