    ok so i was thinking of trying the wand but i have some questions...

    is there a difference between having
    20 mana steal or more
    -20 mana regen or more

    because the mana caps at 20... right?

    sorry if i sound stupid

    Mana "regen" does effectively cap at 20 and you also have a base mana regen of 5 (take that into account)
