Mana steal replenishes your entire mana bar which can be used for 2-3 meteors as well as a heal (which counters regen and lifesteal).

 

You don't need to though. Maybe oustide combat, but swapping just for mana would be a waste. You 'think' you understand how mana works, but don't. Everyone is telling you exactly how it actually works. Listen?

 

I do understand more than you will ever do in your entire life. This build needs timing to be great.

If you hit a mob exactly when mana is removed youd have 3-4 seconds to spam, but timing is hard sometimes

Well you've insisted that mana steal works in a way that's incorrect. He's correcting you. You were objectively wrong, no need to insult him based on that.

This is the only downside that lunar spine has, but all you have to know is when your mana regen ticks are. That's simple.
