The truth is no one can do anything about getting that mythic back, I believe there's no rules that you must return the item that you picked up from the ground to its right owner.

I want to clarify that if you drop an item and someone picks it up no one is breaking the rules.
While it is a dick move and absolutely horrible for someone not to give it back we cannot punish someone if another person drops their item by mistake.
In the end it is up to the person that dropped the item to be mindful of their drop key and their inventory.
This does not meant I condone the attitude and behaviour of people that do pick up dropped items but we cannot punish for it.

Also, I am glad you managed to get your item back, thank you everyone who helped them out with their conundrum I'm glad you all tried to lend him a helping hand.

I'm going to close this thread as it is resolved.
