Lost Minecraft account, can progress be restored/transferred?

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping to get some community advice before I open a support ticket, because I’m not sure what’s possible here.

Years ago I played Wynncraft on my old Minecraft account GavinT2000. I recently checked the Wynncraft player database on the website and my profile still exists, all my old stats/progress show up there.

The problem is: I no longer have access to that original Minecraft account. It was a very old account from before the Microsoft migration, and at some point it looks like it was compromised (the username changed multiple times over the years). I also don’t know what email was originally used, so recovering it through Mojang/Microsoft has been difficult.

I did purchase a new Minecraft account recently so I can play again: GavinT20000 (same name but with one extra 0).

My questions for anyone who’s been through something similar (or knows Wynncraft’s policies):

1. If the original Minecraft account can’t be recovered, is there any chance Wynncraft support can restore/transfer my Wynncraft progress from GavinT2000 to GavinT20000?
2. Is this something Wynncraft support will even consider, or is it usually not allowed because accounts are tied to UUID / anti-trading rules?
3. If it is possible, what kind of proof would I need to provide (screenshots, old receipts, forum/Discord history, etc.)?

I just want to know if there’s a legitimate support route for cases like this.

Any advice is appreciated. If the answer is simply “you’ll have to start over,” I can accept that — I just want to be sure before I give up on the old character.
