Lost hacked account (Green_gamer_dk) - Is there ANY way to transfer progress?

Hey guys,

I’m writing this for my brother. Recently his PC got infected with malware and his entire Microsoft account got hacked. The hacker changed the main email, and Microsoft support basically told us the account is just gone forever. His Minecraft IGN is Green_gamer_dk.

My brother has autism, and Wynncraft has been a huge part of his daily routine for literal years. He spent so much time grinding classes, getting his gear, and was so hyped for the Fruma update. Now that everything is gone, he is just completely devastated. He feels like all those years were pointless and he doesn't even want to try playing the game anymore.

We talked to support and they said we can get his VIP rank transferred to a new account since we still have his linked Discord, which is great, but the rank doesn't bring back the years of grinding.

I know servers usually have super strict rules about not transferring player stats or progress, but I just really wanted to ask if there is any way to make an exception here. I can prove 100% that the account is his. We have the original bank receipts for the game and the VIP rank, the linked Discord account, IP history from our house, everything.

Even if you can't transfer everything, just getting his class levels or some of his items back on a new account would mean the world to him and maybe get him to play again.

Is there an admin or anyone I can talk to about this? Any help at all would be really appreciated. Thanks for reading.

 

You cannot transfer progress, but you can transfer rank with proof of purchase.

 

What kind of stuff did he have before he lost his account? Items, that is?
