Lost An Xp Bomb

Title might be misleading, idk to be honest. Either way I was about to use an xp bomb and at the time I didn't know that there was almost 10minutes left until server restart. So I went to use the bomb but a second before I clicked the bomb it said the server was restarting and I lost my bomb. Is there anyway I can get it back or is it lost forever?

I've lost like 5 XP bombs, 2 in fire, 2 from server restart and i was too dumb to notice, and 1 bc someone threw an XP bomb right before i did

 

always wait a few minutes before throwing an dxp. sometimes server restarts after it..

 

Contact support, I know they actually try and compensate for issues like this involving real money.

It's true, sorry, even I've had to face the [norefundpolicy] with 40/40 white horses. At least it wasn't something of that value. And it's not like I would just say that to be an asshole.

40/40 Horses aren't something you buy with real money. Issues with irl currency are actually dealt with.

 

Not if they are lost to a server glitch, it's happened to me before and I didn't get squat support for it :/

 

Did you contact support about it? Not having an issue with real currency dealt with is kind of a big problem.

 

Any issue involving real-world currency needs to be sent to [email protected], with all of the details of what happened . If you don't hear back from them within 2 or 3 days, send them another email. It's their job to deal with these, and they do fix what they can.

 

It's pretty scary if they don't refund item bought using real life money.

I can understand for ig items like armours, weapons etc, but not items bought for real cash ;-;
