Guide Lootrunning in 2.1 (Guides to all camps!)

Hello again!
I'm writing this post as a centralized location to post all of my lootrunning guides, now that I've updated all of them to 2.1. I've written them all to be independent from one another so a lot of the generalized strategies and thoughts on beacons/Missions are pretty similar, but each guide does contain thoughts on each challenge in its respective camp. I hope that they come in handy; I've had a lot of fun writing these over the past little while!
