When you take a challenge, that challenge location is permanently removed from the pool of available challenge locations for this Lootrun. Every challenge you take rewards a Reward Pull*. If there are no more valid challenge locations, the Lootrun ends and you are rewarded with a Reroll.

*Chronokinesis gives one pull per opened chest so this might end up being underpowered - it's just some arbitrary number of Reward Pulls

this seems like a big deal to interfere with the challenge locations. And this means that you might only get challenges of one specific type.
could be some interesting strategy though, only getting destroy missions or something...

Basically, the idea is that the Lootrun's challenges are numbered once you pick Fading Glory. It could probably be stuck with other stuff - such as increased mob scaling, maaaaybe a final challenge (possibly several 'final missions' could be added into the pool that hit some special challenge at the end of your run) - to make it more meaningful than a decay progressing to totality of your Lootrun.

So, to expand it a bit:
    • Fading Glory
    • Each completed Challenge will be permanently removed from the pool of possible challenge locations. You cannot add Challenges to your Lootrun.
    • Each Challenge you complete will apply 2 Curses and give you 1 Boon choice and 2 End Reward Pulls.
    • When there are no longer any valid locations for Beacons to spawn, you will be given a choice of three Final Beacon locations. Each will have a unique challenge.
    • You cannot use an End Reward Sacrifice.
