Loot Runs

I think it does, I never seem to find anything without loot bonus and ive found all 3 mythics i found with loot bonus

 

Yep. But well I asked around and everybody I asked either never loot runs or says loot bonus does affect chests, so I find it more logical to go with what everybody thinks and use loot bonus.

 

I'm not gonna say you're wrong (Who knows, the recent update may have had an effect), but I've heard from most people that it doesn't. I've tested this and didn't see any evidence of lb having an impact on the # of legendaries found, and I think other people have found the same result. I might be completely wrong though.

Chest loot quality is determined by the time the chest has been unopened, so an explanation for you getting more loot with the lb set could be that in the time it took to get the set out and put it on, the chests simply generated more items. Especially if you had to /class and wait a few minutes before starting your run.

I know that already, I always loot run about 20 mins before restart.
