TurboStratus beat me to it, but here is an armoring recipe with a little bit more WS, 1 more MR, and one easier to obtain ingredient (bob's tear vs borange fluff), but a little bit less durability and higher agility requirements. https://www.wynndata.tk/cr/201530495

 

This one is great for a ws / combat hybrid.

However if you want a pure ws build, I'd recommend opting for one with more durability, but also 135 durability is still decent.
