Assassin/Ninja Help Looking for help in enhancing this build.

I've made this build for Fruma, and it seems like it should be doing well, but every time I run WTP or TNA I get shit damage. Like, single digits which is starting to wear on me. I am aware that a lot of this is likely a skill issue, as well as that some of this is probably due the fact that A- I'm playing Shadestepper and B- half of the time I run raids I have 15 second input delay and die, but I really want to improve so I was wondering if someone could help me improve damage or ehp without sacrificing too much of either.
I am open to crafteds, but I know nothing about them and would need help in understanding how to make them, and why they provide a worthwhile boost.
