Mage/Dark Wizard Help Looking For Build

Hello, I was looking at build videos, but most are outdated, and I was wondering what a good build these days would be, so I am looking for a balance between: high damage, high mana regen, and high health, for a lvl. 100 mage build, I dont care about price, weather its from a quest, if its a mythic, because I know that if I dont have the stuff to get the item now, I will in the future. So if you have a great build you can recommend me, please do.
