Assassin/Ninja Looking For A Speed Assassin Speed Build

I need a really fast Speed build with also a good amount of damage
Requirements:
weapon must be a mythic or alternative legendary
no legendary island accessories
boots can be mythic but also must have a alternative that's legendary

This is pure for speed, not good for actual battle though, due to its low defence... (I'm selling a 50%* Archangel, if you're interested anyway.)
