    just looking for one that is all around solid in war, LI, and especially PVE.

    I have a budget of 12 stacks to spend, can anybody give me any pointers on what to do?

    any build from build shack will get you through in war
    ok jokes aside, any archer build with some mythic and being rainbow should be able to solo LI with a few pots (wars dont consume pots so)
