World Limited/themed Items

Hello Guys,
My Idea was to create Limited/Themed Items that you can get in a Time of a special Event...
The Idea behing this:
It would give the Player a Weapon that can't be lost, and have a special Element and diffrent damage.
(No identify)
Themed Items:
So, that means when its special Time of the Year( Christmas, Winter, Summer etc.) you can get that Item. (Sometimes better then Legendary Items, but just for one Element)

Like

Ice Axe of the Frostlord (Winter Themed Item)
Ice Damage: 500-800 dam
Level 70
Req. Class: Assassin/Ninja
Element: Ice
Water/Ice defense: +50%
Water/Ice damage: +50%
Fire defense: -1%
Attack Speed: +3%
Spelldamage: +10%
A weapon that was created in and off Ice. The legendary Ancients(*) have brought this powerfull Weapon in this cold and freezed Time.
Themed Item (Winter)

So like:

Name (In the Themed Color: Summer yellow, Winter blue etc.)
Element/Theme Damage( just this Damage NO neutral Damage)
Required Level
Required Class for the Weapon
The Element/Theme of the Weapon
The Effects (Themed effects and the logical Themed effects)
Description (It must be The legendary Ancients have brought us...)
And then in green Letters:
Themed Item(Theme)

And now my Idea behind the Limited Item:
To give the player a Weapon of a limited value. (Better then Legendary, but Limited and very rare)

Destruction of a Planet (Limited Item)
Neutral Damage: 400-500
Elemental(*) Damage: 1000-1200
Level 70
Req. Class: All classes
Water/Fire/Thunder/Earth(Elemental) defense: +30%
Water/Fire/Thunder/Earth(Elemental) Spell Damage: +30%
Attack Speed: +3%
Health: +250 Health
A Weapon that can destroy Planets when its in the right hands. The Wynn Gods and Gavel Gods(*) brought this powerfull Weapon that was created for the destruction of Titans.
Limited Item

So like

Name (In Orange color)
Elemental(All Elements) Damage
Required Level
Required Class (All Classes)
2 Elemental effects
Effects (need +Health)
Description ( need to have: The Wynn Gods and Gavel Gods... )
Limited Edition (Orange Letters)

So I have one more thing that i wanna talk About

Sets:

So my Idea for the Themed Items was Sets, like when you have all Items of the Frostlord you become a special effect.
Like

Ethreal (Halloween)
Frostlord (Winter)
Any other Ideas in the Comments.
