Archer/Hunter LI solo build for a returning player

I haven't played since the spellbound update completely ruining my old builds. Does anyone here have a good alternative to the old build I'm running? I need something cheap (no mythics) for my archer. I'm hoping for heavy DPS, spellspam or anything that can kill things quickly.
