Assassin/Ninja Help Level 91 Any Good Builds?

I'm looking for a good build for assassin that stays within these boundaries:

Decent Budget
Level 91
And the elements I want for the build is: air fire earth - I prefer fire and earth

well i cant tell you a full build atm
but use pyroclast as a weapon , it has the highest hp regen out of all assassin weapons
and than use this site http://wynnapps.tk/item/ and search for fire/earth armor for your lvl

Maybe dreamcloud for chest because you need some mana

 

Don't need a build there use XP gear while your grinding. Max level for that Build is 95

The only 2 things you can't use are Shawl Of Gaea and Terras Mold.

Chestplate: Use Dragon Hide Plate from belly of the beast
