Mage/Dark Wizard Level 73 Mage build

I’m looking for a level 73 mage build, preferably usable for a long time (~10 levels). This is my current build:

I’ve been using it for about 10 levels and I was wondering if there is a better option at my level. Melee or spell works for me.

Does the necklace matter? I have done 0/4 of the wynnexcavation quests. Also, this is slightly off topic, but do you recommend any quick ways to get to level 75?

 

Get to 75 by doing the wynnexcavation quests, you get quite a few liquids at the end aswell
